Principal & CEO, Urban Oracle Capital

C. Ana Belmiro brings more than 20+ years of experience across real estate investment, acquisitions, financial modeling, property redevelopment, and portfolio management. Her expertise spans residential and commercial assets, value-add renovation strategy, and long-term equity planning.

Throughout her career, Ana has overseen the full lifecycle of real estate projects — from sourcing and underwriting to construction oversight, repositioning, and asset performance optimization. She has developed complex financial models, conducted detailed market analyses, managed due diligence, coordinated renovation teams, and structured deals that deliver strong, measurable returns.

Ana’s professional background includes:

She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, and has supported community initiatives including food insecurity relief efforts through Mana Food Bank in Maryland.
